We ship to all USA locations, Canada, and Japan only. Freight on Board Charlotte, North Carolina.

Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The turnaround time for shipping orders out is 2-3 business days!

• No restocking fee for a return item.
• If you return items purchased with theFREE Shipping offer, then you may be charged a shipping & Handling fee of$4.99.
• The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
• Rings that were engraved per your request cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original packaging.
• All tag and inserts found on some of our items has to be intact.
• Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
• When sending items back please use delivery confirmation for your return package.
• Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
• Returns may take up10 business daysfor processing. We request your patience.
• We ask if you could please indicate the reason either EXCHANGE or REFUND for your return on the packing slip.

All wholesale purchases are final; however, exceptions can be made in some cases. Return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Item can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
